All cancellations must be made in writing to Associated Christian Schools. Cancellations for registration made prior to 5:00pm Wednesday 18 June 2025 will incur $100.00 cancellation fee and you forfeit any accommodation booking fees. Cancellations made after 5:00pm Wednesday 18 June 2025 will forfeit the total registration amount, including room booking fees. Associated Christian Schools reserves the right to make last minute alterations to the program or speakers if necessary to ensure the success of this event.
